By using Vorath RPG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Vorath is a solo RPG whose narrative is generated by Artificial Intelligence. The content is fictional (dark fantasy) and may include fictional violence, dark and morally ambiguous themes.

2. Minimum age

The app is rated 17+. You confirm you meet the age required by your store's rating in your region.

3. AI-generated content and zero tolerance

• The narrative is created automatically by AI and is not reviewed in advance by humans.
• We have zero tolerance for illegal, abusive or child-exploitative content. Using the app to generate such content is prohibited.
• You can report any inappropriate response (press and hold on the Game Master's message → "Report content"). Reports are reviewed and we may adjust moderation or suspend access for abusers.

4. User conduct

You agree not to attempt to bypass the Essence system, defraud purchases or ads, or use the app for illegal purposes.

5. Essence and purchases

• Essence is an internal virtual currency, with no monetary value outside the app, non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law or store rules.
• Purchases are processed by the App Store/Google Play and follow their policies.
• Rewarded ads credit Essence subject to availability.

6. Account

Anonymous use is allowed. Linking Google/Apple saves your progress. You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account and data).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is". The AI may produce inaccurate or unexpected content. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the game's fictional content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date at the top indicates the current version.
