This Policy describes how the Vorath RPG app ("app", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects your data. By using the app, you agree to this Policy. Developer: Paulo Batista. Contact: contato@paulocodex.com.

1. Summary

Vorath is a solo tabletop RPG in which a Game Master driven by Artificial Intelligence narrates your story. You play anonymously by default; you may optionally link a Google or Apple account to save your progress. The app shows optional (rewarded) ads and offers Essence purchases.

2. Data we collect

• Account identifier: when you open the app, we automatically create an anonymous user (Firebase Authentication). If you link Google/Apple, we receive your email and name from those providers.
• Essence balance and transactions: stored in the cloud (Firestore), tied to your identifier.
• Your messages to the Game Master: the text of your actions is sent, through our server, to AI providers (xAI/Grok, Google/Gemini and OpenAI) to generate the narrative. Do not include sensitive data in your messages.
• Characters and campaigns: stored locally on your device. They do not leave the device (unless you export them manually).
• Device/installation identifiers: used by Firebase for authentication, security and diagnostics.
• Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob when you watch a rewarded ad.
• Purchases: processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. We store only the receipt (to prevent fraud) and the credited balance — we do not receive your card details.
• Diagnostics: error logs to fix problems.

3. How we use it

To provide the game service; generate the AI narrative; process purchases and ads; credit/debit Essence; prevent fraud and abuse; fix errors.

4. Who we share it with

• Google (Firebase: Auth, Firestore, Functions; AdMob; Gemini) — infrastructure, ads and AI.
• xAI (Grok) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) — AI narrative generation.
• Apple / Google — payment processing for purchases.

We do not sell your data. Sharing is limited to what is necessary for the app to work.

5. Artificial Intelligence (transparency)

The narrative, character dialogue and images are AI-generated — not by humans and not reviewed in advance. The content is fictional (dark fantasy) and may contain fictional violence. You can report any inappropriate Game Master response by pressing and holding on the message ("Report content"). We do not tolerate illegal content; reports are reviewed.

6. Ads

Ads are optional and rewarded (you choose to watch them to earn Essence), via Google AdMob, which may use the Advertising ID. There are no unexpected interstitial ads.

7. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You can access, correct and delete your data:

• In-app deletion: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account and data (deletes your cloud account, Essence and local campaigns; it is permanent).
• By email: send a request to contato@paulocodex.com and we will delete your account data within 30 days.

8. Retention

We keep account data while you use the app. When you delete your account, we remove your account data and Essence. Aggregated/anonymous logs may be kept for security and statistics.

9. Children

Vorath is not intended for minors (rated 17+ due to AI-generated dark-fantasy content / fictional violence). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). AI provider keys stay only on the server, never in the app.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top indicates the current version.
